Regarding the total volume of water, the Aquarium of Georgia, in the United States, happens to be the largest aquarium on the planet, with about 23 million liters of water. The facilities inside the aquarium have seven different spaces where marine habitats of all kinds are reproduced, from the characteristic of the Arctic to the typical of tropical waters.
But, in the matter of aquariums, there are several more different in the world with colorful records. For example, the one that holds the AquaDom of Berlin, is the largest cylindrical aquarium in the world. An elevator runs up and down the 25 meters of the imposing liquid column, which contains more than a million liters of salt water. Inside the aquarium, more than 1,500 fish, belong to more than 90 different species, swim in circles on a colorful coral reef.
